With interiors by renowned architect Sue Carr, this residence is meticulously designed for comfort and utility in a signature minimalist aesthetic. The kitchen showcases the latest suite of Gaggenau appliances, including a combi-steam oven, pyrolytic oven, full induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and inbuilt espresso machine. This, coupled with a generous appointment of kitchenware and crockery, will satisfy the home cook and professional chef alike. A separate butler's pantry- with ancillary sink, bench space and secondary dishwasher- will conceal any concomitants of culinary adventures. One hoping to forego domestic duties need only exit the apartment and be spoiled for choice of renowned local restaurants, cafes, and bars all within walking distance.
