The only real complaint was that the hot water was hit or miss. Most days, showers were barely lukewarm. There was lots of room and it was very clean. We had 5 families in our group, everyone loved the property. Our townhouse slept 6 of us very comfortably. Check in was easy, the couple on property were very nice and helpful. Our townhome was very clean. The property is right on a quiet beach, nice pool and a game room that was perfect to hang out in. The only downside, which is uncontrollable by the owners was the no see ums. Definitely bring some good bug spray ##### Angelika E. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The availability of the washer to do laundry is really my only complaint. We spent 4 hours just waiting for a load to finish and run our load - it was the longest running wash cycle I've ever seen! But we were thankful to have it at all. I should also mention that there is no oven, so if you're planning meals, keep that in mind. The pool was was really nice to have available in the heat. This property checked all our boxes for a great weekend beach staycation. We were looking for somewhere that was close to the beach, had pool access, with a big enough room that our family of 3 could spread out in. The units are very spacious, with comfortable beds and great AC. We were steps to the private beach, and the only people we really saw each day were the others staying on property. The property had all of the beach supplies we needed - chairs, toys, floats and noodles, etc. The pool was smaller but perfect for what we needed. Even though the property seemed fairly full of guests, it was still quiet in the night and early morning hours. If you are looking to stay somewhere with restaurants in walking distance - you may want to search other more touristy areas. There were not many restaurants around, but those that we tried were good. There is a Publix about 5 minutes away. Check-in was seamless, and check-out was smooth too. The property and unit were very clean. The property has SO many amenities, it can’t be beat! We really appreciated all the attention to detail from the beach chairs/canopies, beach towels, dish soap, paper towels, eco-friendly toiletries, fans in the bedrooms, and all the kitchen essentials you could ever need.
