The open kitchen with passthrough windows; over looking the gorgeous over sized pool- brings the inside outside. The living room has pocket sliders allowing full access to the covered patio with a bistro table for six people and lounging patio furniture around the pool. Make sure you slide through all the photos- this home offers more than words can describe. Walk a 1/2 block to the beach through the quiet neighborhood or 1 block to the river in the opposite direction- note this location offers you the ability to not miss any sunrise or sunset. The primary bedroom offers French doors to the pool and spacious bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins and the fourth bedroom is a studio layout and it has a queen bed, living room and a kitchen. Making the fourth bedroom is perfect for multi-family vacations. Pool is heated in the winter Oct to May 31st. Due to City Ordinance we are only allowed total of 4 automobiles, trucks, boats motorcycles and trailers parked in driveway. There is NO garage access Book now before someone else takes your dates. Very clean and not a whole lot for them to get into or hurt themselves on. Great experiences too with the property management team, Janice and Autumn. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to resolve any issues or answer questions if we had any. A storm knocked out power to the ac unit while we were there but they were so quick to respond so to not affect our stay, which was quite the relief considering our trip was in the middle of summer! The house was nice. The property manager was great with communication and answered any questions very promptly. The pool was not heated and although the air temperature was warm the pool water was chilly from the rain from Hurrican Milton.
