In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. Please no pets on the beds or furniture so we can keep the home as clean as possible. This 2nd floor unit is in our duplex building. We had everything we needed for a great stay and its walking distance from both the lagoon and sea, with an independent supermarket just across the street. The flat itself is spacious and has Roku TVs to watch your favourite shows. Nice cold Air con. Couldn’t rate highly enough! ##### Maggie W.
