"Third stay at this property, I don’t think we would stay again. Basic amenities not replaced in the room, towels. Toilet paper, water etc. Key cards unable to open doors. Air con was broken. No one ever seemed interested came for a special birthday and over all pretty disappointing stay. Understand it’s Fiji, and it’s relaxed. However we shouldn’t need to ask for the rooms to be cleaned, and basic room Amenities. Also had to sleep on terrible pilled sheets for a week. "

"I love the people. The room was clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very much adequate. I’ve always enjoyed having dinner and a drink here before going to bed. The outdoor space is spectacular. Just make sure that you bring some bug spray. I love the breakfast. It’s very varied good choices. The coffee is very good and nice and hot."

"As much as we love the Hilton Denerau..it’s now showing signs of needing some love and care..lobby walls to the rooms were all dirty,doesn’t give a nice feel of being a quality hotel. We were offered and payed for an upgrade,however the room was not worth what we spent .
