"Another great stay at the Sofitel, now our third. The staff are amazing, and the service is excellent. The housekeeping was not as good as previous stays, with our room not being cleaned until very late in the day on many days, and on another day, towels were not replaced when taken, etc. However, it did not impact our overall stay. "
