This 1-star furnished tourist apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residence without a lift, in the hills above Megève. It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a separate toilet with washbasin, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room/lounge with a single bed (80 x 190) + a pull-out bed (80 x 190), television, and access to a south-west facing balcony. A mezzanine offers two additional single beds (80 x 190).  
  
The residence is located 1 km from the village centre, 800 m from the Rochebrune cable car and 550 m from the first chairlifts. Access to the building is via a staircase of approximately 40 steps.  
  
The advantages of this rental:  
Unobstructed view of Mont Charvin, south-west facing balcony, ski locker (no. 23), underground parking space (no. 23).
