### Studio in Megève with underground parking and ski locker

Situated in the heights of Megève, this residence enjoys a peaceful setting with lovely, uninterrupted views. It is 1 km from the village, 800 m from the Rochebrune cable car and 700 m from the first chairlifts.  
  
The flat is located on the 2? floor without a lift. It consists of an entrance hall with two bunk beds (90 cm) - the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 -, a bathroom with WC, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a TV and access to a south-west facing balcony.  
  
For your convenience, the flat has a ski locker and an underground parking space numbered 16.  
  
Subject to availability, additional services may be offered: bed linen and towels, wifi box, baby kit, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning.  
A deposit will be required on arrival.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
\- End of studio stay cleaning : 89 €.   
 \- Bed cover pack 140 + bathroom linen : 53 €.   
 \- Bed cover pack 140 + bathroom linen (2 weeks) : 80 €.
