For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (11 x 4 m, 40 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 200 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 900 m pebble beach 300 m, rocky beach 250 m. Surf school 2 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 2 km, sports centre 700 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 200 m.  
"Brown", 2-room apartment 35 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning.
