The beautiful Villa Above is located in the tourist town of Medulin in a top location. Medulin is a very popular holiday destination with countless restaurants, beach bars, and beautiful beaches. Villa Above consists of 2 separate apartments with separate entrances and is therefore ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends with privacy. The villa extends over 2 floors. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and offers you a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 comfortable double bedrooms, and a bathroom. From the living room and from one bedroom you have direct access to the outside area.The external staircase leads you to the first floor to the second apartment which also has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 comfortable double bedrooms, and a bathroom. The lovingly furnished villa offers space for up to 10 people, with 2 additional guests having sleeping accommodations on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.In the completely enclosed property is the heart of the villa, a heated pool with massage jets. You can relax on the sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the hot summer days. If you prefer to dine undisturbed in the evening, you can use the summer kitchen with a wood-fired grill and enjoy your specialties on the covered dining terrace. For our little guests, there is a children's playground with a swing or a table tennis table. Private parking is available.Book our Villa Above and enjoy the best time of the year with us.
