### Gorgeous home in Pula

The luxurious Villa Sealine near the town of Pula is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. The villa was built in 2022, is located about 400 metres from the sea and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. The amenities of Villa Sealine are sure to provide guests with everything they need when visiting Istria. The outdoor area of the villa is a lovely large space to relax with a beautiful and well-kept garden. The 40 m² private and hydromassage pool offers guests a way to cool off on hot summer days and will be the highlight of the children's holiday. Adults, for example, can relax by the pool on the comfortable sun loungers, soaking up the sun's rays while reading a good book and enjoying a refreshing drink. Experiment with Croatian cuisine by preparing great meals on the charcoal grill and sharing them with family and friends in the covered dining area of the terrace. The interior will not disappoint either, with a clean, bright and modern design throughout the house. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate toilet and a modern bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor, guests will find 3 further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces with fantastic views. Almost all rooms offer beautiful views of the surroundings and the Adriatic Sea. The villa is also fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. Villa Sealine is beautifully designed, spacious and well-equipped, so staying in this villa could be just the right choice for enjoying a fantastic time in Istria. The house is located in a cul-de-sac and 200 metres from the house there is a fenced children's playground. The playground for futsal and basketball is 500 metres from the villa, which is available free of charge and is also completely fenced in. Next to it you will find a car park and a café.
