"Staff including management are very good.Old hotel ready for major renovation especially bathrooms.very slow internet.2-bed room converted to 3-bed making it too small.Very small windows, hardly any sunlight, obviously designed for exterior look of hotel. 4\. No coffee for Nespresso machine; you have to ask for the capsules everyday.When we checked-in, no shampoo or shower gel in the dispensers, it took them hours to provide. Telephone system not working, you contact hotel staff by WhatsApp."

"In their online Ad, it’s posted that the property was only .8 or less than one kilometer from the Prophet’s Mosque but in reality it’s almost 7-8 km awan and it takes almost 20-25 mins on a car. Otherwise, it’s a good location, staff was good and breakfast was great too. "
