Checked in. Went in elevator to go to the room, then pressed the floor number then it takes you to a different level. left right out .

The only is its close proximity to haram. Breakfast was okay. Don't expect any Customer service. Do not recommend travelers from US/EU.

After I arrived from a 14 hours flight, I was told by the hotel staff that they didn’t have my reservation. After seeing that I had all necessary details, they finally told me that the reservation had been cancelled and I didn’t have a room at the hotel any longer. I was left completely on my own at 2am with nowhere to stay for the next five days! They also did this to another couple just so they could rebook at higher last minute prices. Absolutely horrible staff without any remorse!
