It’s walking distance to downtown where you will find many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s 2.5 miles from Asante medical center and close to Jacksonville, an old gold mining town and home of the Britt festival. 12 miles south you’ll find Ashland, home of the Shakespeare festival. Enjoy wine tasting at the many winery’s scattered throughout the valley. Many cars parked along street & so finding a close Place for our second vehicle was mildly difficult. Not any fault of the VRBO - just the way it is. Flora and fauna wrap around the entirety of this side of duplex and a nice seating area in the back. Which is my favorite part of any stay.
