I truly enjoyed myself at this property! I was celebrating my 40th bday here and the staff was very open to fulfilling my requests to make it special. From decorating my room to the special dinner, it all was great and affordable. The room was amazing and very clean! The windows made it feel like you were outside. I was a little skeptical about coming, but everything turned out better than expected and o would definitely stay here again!

we got there we did changed rooms(upgrade) same rooms had 2 differents prices (?) one was in promotion and the other one was not (curious) then i could not get a receipt for my credit card payment and then i was told my total bill will be sent to me still waiting for it after 4 days dinner food is so so

Property and accomodation were beautiful. Restaurant was convenient and tasty. My main complaints are mostly of no fault of the property or staff, but are good to know when booking. Our tent was very close to the road, so there was a lot of road noise until late at night. Both tents Ether and Amor are closest to the road outside and a lot of trucks and noisy motorcycles drive by. There is also nothing within walking distance for food, so you’re basically limited to the restaurant. Uber drivers do not want to make trips to this area to/from Rionegro because the cost isn’t worth their time , that’s what a local driver told us after 3 rides cancelled on us. There was also a group doing “breathing therapy” or something outside our tent at 10am, and it was pretty noisy and it kinda ruined the moment while I was trying to take in the last few views and moments to enjoy the property before departing for the airport. Amazing property and staff, but just don’t expect it to be super quiet or convenient.

When we are in town visiting family or business matters we always stay in the city- but did not want to deal with the traffic... so decided to try the glamping, to my surprised I LOVED it. I totally recommend it, is very chic, comfortable, accommodating and the best of all.... service staff fantastic! I will definitely come back & with friends.

I loved the unique tents, I also did two nights in TEVA AMOR what an experience! Beautiful views, great food and drinks. Staff are pleasant and very honest...we left our brand new apple airpods when changing rooms , we had no idea they were missing and they had it at the front desk. if you love nature and don't care for TV , then this is the perfect place to go.

The room was beautiful! However, we were very disappointed with the lack of customer service. When checking in we learned an international driver's license is not an acceptable ID at this place. This person took us to the wrong room (glamping). I mentioned I rented a master suite, and was asked to provide again my name on the room reservation. Really? After giving us a hard time for an international ID and us having to provide 4 passports, this person still does not know my name? At check out I was left standing and was not informed what we were waiting for. Turns out they were making a list of the food and drinks we had in the room. I think we'd prefer to stay elsewhere on our next stop to Medellín.

Amazing!
Amazing place! We had a great time. They always communicated with us and since we arrived late, they were already waiting for us. Service was incredible and everyone so warm and welcoming. The place is a gem in the middle of the mountains and just minutes away from the airport.
