I have stayed in the building before several times and the security team and housekeepers are AWESOME!! It is noisy because you are literally in the middle of the action. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer, the biggest problem is if you have apartment 1 or 2, below there is a restaurant that plays music from 8 to 10 at night super loud and you will not be able to sleep, work or watch TV.
