It is an extremely dynamic city going through a remarkable development in the urbanization field (metro and cable car) and construction field. The apartment is very calm and is located in the most residential and most attractive in terms of night-life neighborhood (restaurants, bars, discos), only 200 meters from the «zona rosa» in the Poblado district. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a seven-floor little building with elevator and high security with 24/24H safekeeping. All you could need can be found at less than 5 minutes walking from home; food shops, restaurants, cafes, chic bars, boutiques.It will take you no more than 10 minutes by cab or car to get to the most important shopping malls of the city (Tesoro, Santafé,...) as well as to get to the national airport (Cartagena, Bogota,...). The apartment is 125 meters square with a balcony and is made of a big living room of 55 meters squares with a study area and an open kitchen; two large bedrooms, two bathroom with WC and an adjacent room to the kitchen, used as a laundry room and equipped with a washing machine and dryer The apartment has been entirely renovated and restructured in european style with large bay-windows letting in abundant light and sun. The bedding is constituted of two double beds one of 180cm and the other of 140cm. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island unit. Rooms are furnished with sofa, chairs, tables, but warm style. Internet access, local landline and plasma TV with a hundred channels are included.
