WiFi does not connect much, but
This guesthouse is very nice.
All the staff are kind and have a service spirit. The women at the reception will respond immediately to this request.
Also, coffee and tea are always prepared in the living room. We really relaxed here.
If you plan to stay long in Medan, I think that it is good to choose here！

budget hostel for backpacker
it is good for backpacker but it is not a good option for family vacation or etc. the place is at upstair and has a very sharp staircase to go up. place is clean and value for money but no aircond. the place is very far from medan center so prepare for long trip to all landmark.

Forfærdelig oplevelse
Meget dårlig oplevelse. Vi kunne ikke finde noget personale ved ankomst, og da vi endelig fandt dem kunne de intet engelsk. Vi gav dem vores vasketøj med det samme, da vi kun havde 3 dage inden vi skulle videre fra Sumatra. Dagen efter bankede de på kl 7 om morgenen for at sige, at de alligevel ikke kunne vaske vores tøj. Det resulterede i, at vi måtte tage vores tøj til et renseri og måtte betale for ekspres service, fordi vi nu kun havde to dage inden vi skulle videre. Så det blev en meget dyr fornøjelse!
Ydermere var sengene slet ikke til at sove i. Badeværelset var meget beskidt, og der lugtede af kloak.
Vi var utilfredse og ville checke ud en dag før. Vi kunne ikke finde personalet, så vi måtte efterlade nøglen på et bord udenfor receptionen.
Alt i alt en forfærdelig oplevelse!

PERFECT
I stayed here for one night. Bed was super comfy, shower was excellent and the family (owners) were amazing. They have four kids that are so funny and cute. They will help you organise anything you need. They even.let me make eggs in their kitchen
