Don’t park in between white lines, you’ll get towed too. Yellow lines are for guests. This simple explanation would have saved me 550 in towing charges. Also, parking is 150 yards from apartment. Pros: This is a cute little place perfect place to stay for a couple days. It is updated and very clean. It's a great stay for the money. Contact with renter was great and when I asked a question, he immediately answered. Tv in living room and bedroom. Towels in bathroom were nice however no washcloth. Walk-in closet and lots of closets with storage room. Cons: No toaster and no washcloths. Slider door to patio doesn't open well at all. Overall, for the price it is a nice place to stay. Condo community is older and nothing fancy, but the unit itself has been mostly renovated. Water pressure in the shower is fine but for some reason the water pressure in the bath sink is almost non-existent. I recommend the owner replace the living room slider blinds as they do not completely close and this is a ground floor unit that anyone walking by can see into.
