Nestled in nature, this property boarders Azalea Reserve, which in spring is filled with fragrant pale orange and pink blooming azaleas. On the second story, this modern abode has an expansive view out of the big windows and off the wrap around deck. Cook delicious meals in the updated kitchen while socializing with the family over appetizers and playing games at the dining table. If you need some space to read, close the bedroom door and sit looking out the windows at the view with your favorite book. Melt into the large tub overlooking the yard, drink in hand, or head out to the hot tub on the deck next door. If you’re not a tub person, don’t worry, there’s a roomy tile shower. The owners have obviously put a lot of care into this upstairs rental - as if they lived there. Very nice bathroom and kitchen, high ceilings, hardwood floors, well-maintained, etc. House is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood also - redwoods, meadows, apple trees. I was a little nervous on the deck outside the entrance, as the boards are getting soft and move some. The layout was ideal for a family of four if you're ok sleeping in the same bedroom, which we are.. Everything was well appointed and clean , especially the kitchen and bathroom. The space looked exactly as the pictures and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. The yard is gorgeous! A few small things, like no ice, bed side lamp has a short in the switch, and occasional sounds of music or quiet conversation from downstairs/nextdoor were the only minuses, but these are small things.
