Unfortunately, the house was also in need of some basic maintenance. Both sliding doors were so stiff that they were nearly impossible to open. Both decks were in need of a good cleaning. The furniture on the lower deck was so dirty it could not be used. One of the reasons we selected the house was the first floor bedroom with a walk in shower. This made it ideal for my senior parents. However, the floor of the shower was so slippery, they were nervous when using it. I recommend a rubber mat or non skid pads be added. ##### Jennifer R.
