This home boasts 2,900 square feet of tastefully appointed living space highlighted by vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows with scenic views. —OUR HOME— Pineapple Lodge has plenty of space to spread out yet come together...in our main level Great Room, lower level Rec Room, upper level Loft Space, and spacious deck. Kick back and relax in the open and airy Great Room adorned with rich hardwood floors and flat-screen 65” Roku Smart TV! Turn on the custom gas fireplace made with stone from Massanutten Mountain to get the chill out of the air on briskevenings. After long adventure-filled days, replenish your group with a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals with ample dishes and glasses, Keurig and drip coffee options, toaster, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, microwave, and chef knives. All the essential amenities were provided from extra paper towels to salt and pepper shakers to games and dvds. The kitchen is small so we had to work through prepping food and meals in shifts but it was manageable. Easy ride into Harrisburg. Beautiful area. The driveway is steep but manageable (you are in the mountains). We were able to park four cars easily. The air conditioning worked in 100heat. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook meals. The dining area has a big wooden table and can seat eight. Loved the great room with the two story field stone fire place. Having so much room allowed us to have some privacy when we wanted it. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Location is fantastic, close to the entrance of the resort. Older cabin but very well taken care of. When we checked in we noticed that one of the beds was tilted. I txt’d the property manager and the handyman was at out property within 15 minutes, and fixed the issue. We stayed here for my daughters graduation from JMU. Location was solid, only \~20 min from the park entrance and close to everything Massanutten. Fireplace was very cozy in the big living room and outdoor porch was perfect. Driveways in the neighborhood can be steep, but we were able to fit 4 cars just fine. Well equipped kitchen with pots/pans, glassware, plates etc., but galley style means not many people can fit in there at once. Only annoying thing is you have to take all of your garbage/recycling a half mile away to dispose which one would think is included with the cleaning fee as we had a normal amount of garbage. The house is in need of maintenance. Upper level storm door missing a hinge and hanging. Door knobs in bedrooms hanging off. Musty odor in playroom. BBQ and cleaning utensils filthy and unusable. Carpet in living room worn and a hazard. The biggest complaint is something that really can’t be changed. The driveway and parking area is a complete nightmare. It easily accommodated our family of nine and had a lot of the comforts of home to make it a relaxed and stress-free stay. The owner has stocked the kitchen with a lot of really useful gear, so we were able to easily prepare meals. Also, the Apple TV allowed us to log into our own account and have a family movie night which was great. This property has a few worn spots and things that could use refreshing, but the value of this property cannot be beat and it was spotlessly clean. Kitchen appliances are new, tv is large and new, the grill was in great shape (and came with propane full), and the ambience of this place is wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this place for convenience, comfort, value, and a welcoming cabin vibe! ##### Kelly N.
