NOISE Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. PARKING All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance. Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive. NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay. PETS Pets must remain on a leash when off the property, and owners must clean up after them. The device measures sound levels and will send you an automatic message if things get too loud, politely asking you to quiet down. My friends were never bored at this house, and they each had a fantastic time. The drive up to the house is very steep and then it is sometimes hard to see over the hood of the car, but all of my friends and their small cars were alright. Plenty of space, plenty to do, and the phrase "well-appointed" kept coming up, including the well-stocked kitchen for a rental. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Good layout for families with kids of all ages. The house is close to everything Massanutten has to offer. One thing to note: at present the driveway is difficult to navigate unless you have 4WD. We didn't heed the warning from the hosts and consequently had had some trouble getting back up with AWD vehicles. Wound up parking on the shoulder for most of the stay and everything with that worked out fine. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! ##### Bill D.
