"Excellent location with Hy-Vee very close and a park across the street. Comfortable beds - slightly steep stairs to the upper bedrooms. Excellent communication and the only confusion was with the pet fee showing a different amount in guide than what was quoted and charged. Would stay again!"

"The posting is just as advertised. Nothing is super fancy but nothing was "cheap" either. I preferred to stay here over a local hotel - as many of the local hotels are mediocre at best. When I split the cost with another couple, it was the same price as I would have paid for a hotel (but nicer). ..."
