We appreciated having the window a/c. We were grateful to bring our dog, and they have a nice grassy area to take them out.There’s no washer& dryer. They don’t advertise one, but just to make it clear as I had missed that when I booked. There weren’t enough washcloths or bathmats to accommodate us all, but we made it work. It also wasn’t clear to me that the master bedroom/King bed upstairs is a loft which has no door or privacy curtains, and has a large opening looking over the living room. Looking back at the photos I see it now, but I didn’t feel it was described clearly or made obvious. This may be fine for a smaller group, but we had kids sleeping on the sleeper sofa, and one in the downstairs room. The lack of privacy for the adults over 3 nights was a bummer. You do have to enter either of the rooms to access either bathroom, just a heads up. There is only 1 TV; the upstairs bedroom just has a monitor with HDMI cable (we thought it was a TV). Aside from those things, the photos match the space, and there were tons of games, the kitchen had all the basics, and for such small square footage, the space felt very big!
