This new condo has great year-round access and is located in central downtown. Enjoy the ambiance of the propane fireplace. Grill your favorite meal on the private balcony while breathing in the fresh mountain air. Walk to downtown McCall and visit the shops and Payette Lake. With being near the lake, beaches, trails, parks, great views and restaurants you and your group have endless possibilities for recreation. Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized. Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property. It also provided a lot of the items we needed.
