The adults in my group really enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids really enjoyed the arcade games and bunk beds. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very pro-active. The most frustrating part was the parking situation — for a property that accommodates 10 people, only 2 cars are allowed on-site. If you have more, you’re told to park 15 minutes away, and there’s a 500 fine threatened repeatedly for any violations. Pink warning signs all over the house and a ring camera at the front door gave the unsettling feeling of being watched the entire time.The host was communicative, but almost too much — we got immediate texts even when someone was just being dropped off by an Uber. It felt like we were under surveillance instead of on a relaxing getaway.Inside, the temperature was very uneven. The upstairs was hot and uncomfortable, while the downstairs was cold. The bottom bunk mattresses were directly on the floor, and there weren’t enough blankets for everyone.Overall, it was hard to enjoy the weekend with the constant pressure of rules, fines, and monitoring. If you’re looking for a relaxed group trip, I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless you’re traveling extremely light and don’t mind a very strict environment. ##### Tyra C. Communication was good with the owner. It had everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. Location is good for easy drives to Mccall, Tamarack or Brundage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this new home!A couple things to share for others:The location pin on the listing map is not accurate since it shows near the river but is actually in a new neighborhood west of the main road. Took some extra effort to read thru the check-in details for the directions since the address didn't show up correctly in Google Maps.Stayed in winter and found the 2nd floor bedrooms to be chilly especially the bunkbed room. The thermostat is on the first floor and was limited to a high of 72F. ##### Chris S.
