Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house for an unforgettable getaway. Spend days lounging on the deck, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or taking out the kayaks we provide for a small additional fee. Enjoy some family time playing in the living room with a large smart TV or take a break in the office space with a desk and serta futon. At the end of the day, you can drift off to sleep peacefully in one of the two bedrooms with a king and queen sized beds, each equipped with wall mounted smart TVs. Our property makes for the perfect lake side getaway that will keep everyone refreshed and relaxed. \*\*\*THERE IS A $120 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals) \*\*\*Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time. 1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. 2- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste. 3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts. 4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard. 5- This house a shared driveway, please be courteous to the house next door and do not block the driveway. 6- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE. 7-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. Only use the provided pellets. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. It was small but nicely appointed spaces. Big bedrooms, so plenty of space in the room for all your stuff and still be able to move around. Only complaint was they needed a ceiling fan out on the porch. Absolutely no air movement so it got pretty hot. We spent all our time inside the cottage which was decorated in good taste and was exceptionally clean on the inside. Loved the well stacked coffee bar and kitchen. Very comfortable beds and couch. The air conditioning and fans were useful due to the excessive heat outside. I forgot my hairdryer and one was available on site. Charcoal grill was available with charcoal and starter. Fly swatters were available and was used constantly. The flies were a constant nuisance. I could not sit on the patio and enjoy the outside. As you said it maybe be that time of year. You said you spray every 3 weeks, that schedule is not working. Maybe more frequent. We had to empty the grill, it was full of ashes and could not even pull out the tray due to overfilling of ashes. We had to make numerous trips to empty for our first grilling. We were thankful the grill was there for us to use. Heed the warning about the incline to the property. Uncomfortable for seniors, should state not ADA. We both have physical limitations and not ADA acceptable, should be listed on the write up. Overall exterior of property was messy with construction next door with music and equipment a distraction. Host should have warned prior to booking like a hotel usually does. At best, view of lake is obscured, not really lake front access. Overall not a great value for the price. Hosts should reconsider their rates. ##### Stephen B.
