Bonito Hotel , solo que esta muy lejos del centro y de las atracciones de Huatulco , no hay señal de celular ni television en los cuartos , no tienen buffet pero si restaurant , servicio bueno pero no excelente

Gorgeous rooms and amazing service. Solomon and Antonio make sure you’re well taken care of. Anything we needed was taken care of really promptly. Rooms are spotless, and AC works well. A few major negatives though: The door to our room didn’t lock. We raised this the first day and they looked at it and acknowledged it didn’t lock, but took no steps towards fixing it. So our room was just unlocked the whole stay. Thankfully, the property has a locking gate, but still, we were women traveling and it didn’t feel safe to sleep with the door unlocked and leaving all our stuff in the room when we were out. This is really unacceptable for a property at this price. The room design gives only 50% privacy in the shower. That is, the wall around the shower only covers your bottom half. Hopefully you’re traveling with a romantic partner; I wasn’t and now know my friend a lot better than we ever intended. I know this is a trendy layout for Instagrammable hotels, but it’s really not practical or convenient. And finally, this is advertised as an adults only property, but there was a family staying there with kids, and one looked to be around 10 years old. Oddly, the food at breakfast was great, but dinner was underwhelming, but there are other options within walking distance. I mention negatives so people will know what they’re getting into, but overall, we had a fantastic time. We really loved this hotel and would stay again if we can guarantee a room with a lock on it!

Blue Coral Huatulco – Wins & Opportunities Wins • Stunning setting: Picturesque property with ocean views and beautiful February sunrises. • Convenient location: About 10 minutes from town by inexpensive cab ride, making off-site exploring easy. • Fresh fruit & acceptable core meals: Food quality is generally decent, with consistent fresh fruit offerings. • On-site shuttle: Helpful for navigating the hillside layout. • Reliable WiFi in common areas: Lobby and restaurant connections are dependable. ⸻ Opportunities • Operational consistency: Restaurant hours, selection, service, need improvement. • Maintenance & detail: Room finishing work, and hallway safety concerns should be addressed. • Food safety practices: Clearer hygiene standards and temperature control would build guest confidence. • Security improvements: Removing room numbers from key fobs and anchoring safes would enhance peace of mind. • Bar quality & in-room WiFi: More consistent drinks and stronger room connectivity would improve the overall experience. ⸻ Overall: The hotel’s greatest strength is its location and views. With stronger standards and attention to detail, it has clear potential to deliver a much better guest experience.

The staff were fanstastic. Service was great.Nice place to stay.
