It is quiet and private. We had a great room, ocean view, and very clean. Others in our group had a lot of issues with their room such as termites and broken door handles. The property definitely needs work. The pool deck had broken pieces, the hot tub was not heated and the railing was unsafe. Tables and chairs under the awning would be nice as well as chairs for the beach. The room was clean, large and good value for the price. The hotel itself has no amenities at all. There was breakfast available for an extra charge, but it was always full of people trying to sell time shares. Zafiro s across the street from pickleball courts. It really shouldn't be open to the public and you definitely should not be promoting them. I am happy to share pictures. The ONLY area that has been mai tained is the lobby. I book for a week, had to pay in advance, but left after the first night. But it is a quirky property that still needs more upgrading. It used to be a luxury resort, but has faded. The staff is working hard to improve the place; it just takes time. Staff was friendly did not always follow through on issues. The internet was an issue in my room which was a bummer. Breakfast is offered by the pool but it's an extra charge and you have to buy a paper ticket each morning. The girls that are responsible for providing the ticket seem put out by having to do this for you. The rooms are big and have a small kitchenette which came in handy as this property is a bit far from most restaurants and the more popular downtown beach area. Had trouble with Ac unit started licking it was midnight so didn’t want to bother to call and waste my time chasing room. The next morning they decided to charge me a second reservation that I made 3 reservations and charged me.
