Prestigious villa with swimming pool, facing the sea, on the Fata Morgana promenade (Tonnarella beach) in Mazara del Vallo. The villa, very large and comfortable, consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a kitchenette, large and cool living room, 5 verandas, 5 internal and 3 external bathrooms, built in BBQ, up to 6 parking spaces inside the property, Wifi. In a breathtaking location, facing the beach (both free and with lidos) and just 2km from the historic centre. Ideal for groups or families traveling together, being able to enjoy the over 5500m2 of garden and internal courtyard, with 20m swimming pool, billiards, table tennis , gazebos, sdario, etc ... A pearl of Western Sicily

 The beach is only 5m away, as are most of the services (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, equipped beaches, etc...) but a car in Sicily is essential to be able to move independently and visit all the beauties of this land.
