In Torretta Granitola, a charming fishing village near Mazara del Vallo, ACQUAZZURRA SEA HOME is a delightful villa with sea view, located just a few steps from the beach. A peaceful retreat where guests can enjoy the quiet of the coast without giving up proximity to the cultural, historical, and natural wonders of western Sicily.

The house welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living area, where a modern open-plan kitchen overlooks a large dining space. From here, a large French door leads to the panoramic terrace facing the sea, perfectly furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, or simply to relax in the sea breeze. The sleeping area includes three comfortable bedrooms: two double rooms and one with two single beds. The furnishings are simple yet tasteful, with large wardrobes and dressers that ensure plenty of space for clothes and personal items. The two bathrooms are both equipped with showers and feature local Mediterranean-style details. 

Throughout the house, the tones of blue and light blue reflect the colors of the sea and sky, creating a pleasant harmony between the interiors and the landscape stretching out to the horizon.

Outside, a lovely courtyard with palm trees and flower beds surrounds the villa, offering a relaxing and authentically maritime atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay in a still-genuine corner of Sicily.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

There are several free parking spots just outside the villa for convenient parking.

Smoking is prohibited.

Any commercial activity within the villa is strictly forbidden.

In the surroundings of ACQUAZZURRA SEA HOME, the area offers many opportunities to explore natural beauty, historical sites, and authentic glimpses of western Sicily. Just minutes from the villa are Spiaggia dei Saraceni and Spiaggia di Kartibubbo, two wide stretches of golden sand ideal for relaxing days by the sea or engaging in water activities. Also nearby is the scenic Capo Granitola Lighthouse, a maritime symbol of the headland, from which you can enjoy a stunning open sea view. A walk through the village leads to the Torretta di Mazara, a small coastal tower that recalls the coastline’s former defensive function. A few kilometers away lies Mazara del Vallo, a lively city full of history, famous for its Arab-influenced historic center. Other nearby towns include Campobello di Mazara, known for its olive groves and farming tradition, and Castelvetrano, a historic town renowned for the Selinunte archaeological park, one of the largest and most important in Magna Graecia, as well as for its elegant Baroque churches and noble palaces. All these destinations are easily reachable by car in about 15 to 20 minutes and offer the perfect mix of sea, culture, and nature—making every outing a chance to discover the most authentic soul of Sicily.

How to get there:

By car, take the E90 motorway and exit at Campobello di Mazara or Mazara del Vallo. Enter the destination on your GPS and follow the SP51 or SP38 roads; the house is about 15 minutes away.

By train, Torretta Granitola is not directly served by rail lines. You can reach it by taxi from Mazara del Vallo, which is well connected to other major destinations in the area, or check locally for possible shuttle services or private transportation options.
