Charming single-storey house of 85 m², combining comfort and conviviality, perfect for a holiday in complete serenity.

The open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, bean coffee maker), opens onto a bright living-dining area, including a large table, a comfortable sofa and a television. This living space gives direct access to the outside.

The house is equipped with a reversible heat pump for optimal comfort in all seasons: heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.

Outside, enjoy a landscaped garden with two distinct spaces:

A covered terrace ideal for meals in the shade,

A wooden terrace with table, sunbeds, garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for relaxing by the pool.

The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room. A modern bathroom and separate toilet complete the sleeping area.

A large insulated and tiled garage, secured by a bay window and a roller shutter, is at your disposal to shelter your bikes or equipment. You will also find a washing machine, a dryer and an outdoor drying rack located at the back of the house.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. There is WIFI.
