Welcome to our Mauldin home, a suburb of Greenville! We are centrally located close to shopping and parks, and just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville and downtown Simpsonville. Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established older neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $100 (2 dog maximum).
