Veli Brgud 13 km from Opatija: Single-family house "Veli", 2 storeys. 10 km from the centre of Matulji, in a sunny position, 13 km from the sea. Private: property 480 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 2 m, 9 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 350 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 4.4 km, bus stop 250 m, pebble beach 13 km, concrete beach 13 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit. Each apartment with external and separate entrance.  
6-room house 124 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm), kitchen corner and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Dining room. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with rooflight with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with rooflight with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sehr nettes und gut gepflegtes Haus. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und kümmert sich gut. Die Lage ist ruhig, man kann direkt im Hof vor den zwei Häusern parken.
