Which was already placed in our room. Upon entry we noticed 1 piece of luggage was missing. I want to thank the staff of Dogo Yaya for their hard work in getting the luggage to our hotel within 24 hours of arrival. Service was amazing. The onsen facilities around the hotel were good and the hotel provided the necessary clothes and towels. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods which we enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend the hotel if you're staying in Matsuyama. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary mandarin orange juice taps that were provided for guests. The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. ホテル自体は全てが素晴らしく、次回からも松山宿泊時は必ずお願いしたいと思います。 か、車で行ったのですが、ナビに入れたにもかかわらず、全く分からず、挙げ句の果てに細い道に迷い込んでしまい、バンパーを30cm以上の長さで傷つけてしまいました。 その時に側にいた方がとても親切に案内してくださって、なんとか辿り着きましたが、次回からも間違えずに着ける自信はありません。
