« Great house, and amazing interior. Very spacious, and felt like it was cared for very well. The owners supplied the house with activities( karaoke machine, fire wood for the fire pit, ect) the house is located in the center of matawan so if you are renting or have a side by side you can hop on the trail right next to the house which is trail 21. « We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history. »

« The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed! »

« Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic. »

« My friends and I needed a house last second and came across Glen’s listing. We weren’t sure what to expect but after getting there and staying in a “ holler” I gotta say it was a cool experience. After seeing the house in town that we could’ve stayed at, we all agreed that we much rather would’ve stayed at this little house. Perfectly set back in a super quiet dead end street, Glen was the nicest guy, he would do anything to make sure we were set up to have a good time. I look forward to staying...
