Matarangi is approximately thirty minutes drive from either Whitianga or Coromandel town. Less than five minutes walk from the gorgeous Matarangi beach, the Retro Style Beach Retreat waits to host a great holiday you're sure to enjoy.  
  
Wake in the morning and kick each day off right with freshly brewed coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine, whip up a tasty brunch for yourselves to enjoy while you make a plan for the day, or simply relax on your private patio.  
  
This is a charming and cosy Matarangi retreat with all the essentials on hand, including WIFI and offering electric car charging facilities. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking up a snack with the electric frying pan and microwave.  
  
This large self-contained unit offers one large 7x4 metre bedroom with an en-suite and separate TV from the lounge. It can comfortably sleep up to two, for a comfy retreat perfect for a couple.  
  
Make the most of this close proximity to the golf course and beach, and take a long stroll along Matarangi Beach or short walk around the Matarangi Spit. Why not book in a round of golf at the The Dunes golf course which is walking distance. Rings Beach and Kuotunu are also closeby, both 10-minutes drive.  
  
Starting from this relaxing Matarangi retreat, discover so much of the Coromandel's best beaches, lookouts and walks an easy drive away! Rings Beach is just a 3-minute drive away, and Kuaotunu is only 10 minutes with plenty of others worth checking out including Otama, Opito Bay, Whangapoua, New Chums and Cooks Beach – so there's lots to see and explore.

Really enjoyable stay! Facilities were beautiful and communication with the owner was really good! Would’ve been a nice touch having blinds/ curtains in the main lounge/kitchen area otherwise lovely place to stay. Would recommend
