Set in a private subdivision, this well appointed home offers peace and tranquility. This spacious, modern Sandy Bay holiday home is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and indulge in amazing views of Sandy Bay. After a day of activities that can be accessed around the Tutukaka coast, sit back and enjoy the privacy and magnificent 180 degree views of the coastline and farmland that this 19-acre property has to offer! This single storey, Master Builder award-winning home offers 150 square metres of decking - ideal for soaking up the sunshine, fresh air, and serene surroundings! At this Sandy Bay accommodation you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area - plus, there is a separate TV room. The Perfect Degree has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each fitted with a queen bed. The third bedroom provides 1 set of bunks and 1 queen pull-out sofa bed. The living area offers a further 2 pull-out sofa beds. Additionally, you will find a spare queen mattress in the garage should it be required. Please note Sandy Bay is 5-10 minute drive from the house, and 15 minutes from Matapouri. For pure relaxation, style, and comfort come and enjoy The Perfect Degree! Please note that the driveway is steep and on a private road. Please note that firewood for the outdoor fire is not provided.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
