Easy access to East Bay, West Bay, Gulf and Colorado River. Bottom floor has covered parking for 3 vehicles, gas grill and outdoor shower. The main floor has a covered deck with chairs overlooking the harbor and views of the Intracoastal, inside is very open with a living room which includes flatscreen Tv with Direct TV, VCR, comfy seating and a pull out bed in the couch, there is a dining room table that seats 6, the kitchen is fully furnished with granite counters, built in appliances, stackable washer and dryer and has additional seating for 3 at the bar. Past the kitchen is the Master On Suite, with a queen bed, flat screen tv with Direct Tv, tub/shower combo and a covered deck with chairs overlooking the Intracoastal and the Matagorda Locks. Walk up the stairs to the next level which has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a standup shower. one bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen Tv with Direct TV, opens to a covered deck with table and chairs overlooking the harbor and Intracoastal. Up the stairs and you find yourself in a huge game room which has 2 twin beds, built-in cushioned seating on 2 sides, flat screen tv for playing games, game table(bumper pool and cards).
