« This was a delightful place to stay and the owner / manager couple were amazing. Personable, very friendly, and really, really friendly. Gave us a great tip on one place for dinner and we ate at Hotel am Park our second night. Nice location with walking into the spa complex down the road and easy and free on-site parking. Not the Ritz but warm and comfortable, especially if you are looking for a laid back experience in this area. »

Néanmoins le lit est confortable, tous marche bien dans la salle de bain, le personnel est sympathique et l’endroit est calme avec une petit rivière qui passe derrière.. plusieurs option de restauration à 10 min à pied.. »

« Pas d'acceuil sauf quand on a fait le check in. Ils ne remplissent pas le shampooing, le gel douche etc même pour 4 nuits de séjour. Ils ont un terrain de tennis mais ne louent pas les raquettes. Pas de salle de sport non plus. Les fruits au petit déj sont précoupés donc pourrissent vite et ils servent les mêmes fruits une semaine d'affilé donc à la fin de semaine les fruits sont un peu pourris déjà »

Chambre très spacieuse avec TOUS les équipements promis, parking gratuit, accueil très chaleureux, chambres très propres et très modernes, endroit calme, immeuble neuf, possibilité d'ouvrir les portes via son smartphone, etc. Vraiment parfait pour les voyageurs motorisés, comme nous qui faisions un trip en voiture à travers l'Europe (car situé en dehors de la ville mais c'est ce que nous cherchions). "Seules les chambres avec terrasse acceptent les chiens. Cela n’est pas du tout mentionné par Hôtels.com. Nous l’avons signalé à Hotels.com qui visiblement n’en a rien à faire. Heureusement l’hôtel Esperanto a eu la courtoisie de nous accepter exceptionnellement. Un bon point pour l’hôtel et un très mauvais point pour hôtels.com "
