"We did not realize that you needed reservations for pool chairs. They do open up after 30 minutes if there are chairs available. Pool staff were excellent but other guests can be rude. The only unpleasant part of our stay. "

"It was palatial and beautiful, rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, view of the river and city from the 17th floor room was tremendous, service was first class, parking was free, room safe for valuables, friendly staff, free shuttle boat to downtown. What I didn't like: most restaurants were too pricy, had to go through the casino to get food at Nick's, Shake Shack, Dunkin, didn't use the refrig snacks or counter snacks due to pricing. All in all, a first class, top notch experience."
