Experience a dreamy South Italian getaway in our Relais, nestled in the town of Nerano. Rejuvenate yourself in our sea-facing garden dotted with sunbeds, featuring a tranquil swimming pool, open shower, rustic pizza oven and barbecue set.  
  
This ground floor apartment spans 80 sqm and features 3 bedrooms - a single, a double, and one with twin beds - along with 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a Jacuzzi. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a convertible sofa bed, accommodating up to 7 guests in total. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers for guests' convenience.   
  
The apartment complex features a charming shared garden with patio furnitures, sun beds and a sparkling swimming pool. There is also a rustic pizza oven and barbecue set on the other end of the garden, making it an ideal setting for hosting delightful pizza or barbecue gatherings upon request.  
  
The surrounding area offers various amenities, such as grocery stores, restaurants, a free private parking spot, and a bus stop in front of the entrance gate.
