The air-conditioned interior is fully WiFi-enabled and comprises of a stylish double-aspect open plan living room, furnished with a chic sitting area with flat screen SAT TV and an ambient fireplace as an object of decoration that cannot be used . A chic and stylish dining area features to the other side of the room and a set of French doors lead directly out into the private garden, for an effortless summertime flow. A well-equipped modern kitchen diner with breakfast bar sets the scene for carefree indoor meals, whilst outside the sunny garden features an alfresco dining terrace with BBQ, perfect for savouring summertime feasts.  
  
The light and airy holiday villa also benefits from flexible sleeping accommodation for groups of 10. To the 1st floor, 2 beautiful double en-suite bedrooms, a child-friendly bedroom with set of bunk beds and a full shower room are provided. The nearby resort towns of Forte dei Marmi (9 minutes’ drive away) and Viareggio (32 minutes’ drive) and are within easy reach for day trips, as are the top regional cities of Pisa and Lucca (43-48 minutes’ drive away). For those in search of the ultimate sightseeing day, Florence is within a 1.5 hours’ drive away. For those flying in, Pisa airport is the closest to the villa (just 40 minutes’ drive away).
