It is located in a newly built, elegant residence surrounded by the typical vegetation of the Ionian coast, including lemon trees, oleanders, mimosas, roses, and jasmine, which releases a delightful scent in late spring. Furthermore, unlike most homes in the area, it is far from the urban sprawl. The beach, in fact, is located in front of the house, and its type of beach with small pebbles is ideal for children. The beach is easily reached in five minutes across the street and offers the option of using the free beach or the equipped beach clubs, including day passes. A security deposit of €100.00 is required upon check-in, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.
