There are a few areas which could do with some maintenance and cleaning, but otherwise it was perfect for our needs. I have a child with asthma and throughout the booking process I was NEVER told there was a building site next door with a porta loo less than 1.5 metres from the front door! It literally amounts to false advertising. I would never have chosen the house knowing the dust could trigger an ashtma attack. Very quiet and an easy walk into town. It was perfect for the four of us, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and very cosy with Coonara heater upstairs and portable heaters in each bedroom. Clean, very spacious. Small touches making it even better: log fire heating going when we arrived, pantry filled with staples eg, salt pepper, spices, sugar etc. fully equipped kitchen. The real estate agent were so easy to deal with. We had to call the emergency mobile number on a Sunday due to our key breaking and they got straight back to us and replaced the key that day.
