Brand new and stylishly furnished, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, coffee maker, TV and mosquito nets. Vacation apartment in Maruggio up to 4 beds The apartment is part of the La Piccola Corte complex, which consists of 3 independent apartments. The entrance is shared in a pretty courtyard. Here, a small space in front of the apartment is furnished with a small table and chairs belonging exclusively to the apartment. A hallway leads to the apartment\`s living area, which is entirely on the ground floor. There is an open kitchen, a dining room and 1 double bed extractable. The sleeping area is completed by 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. The seaside resort of Campomarino di Maruggio is just 2 km away, among the most popular destinations for seaside vacations in Puglia in the Taranto Ionian arch area. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). \- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. \- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. \- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
