### Rural House 'La Acacia' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The rural house La Acacia in Martos is the ideal accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 180 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A high chair is also available. This charming rural house offers a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets and events are not allowed. There are security cameras at the entrance to the premises. This property has guidelines to help you with proper waste separation; further information is provided on site. Part of the electricity at this property is generated by photovoltaic panels. The accommodation features a convenient self check-in system.  
  
Please note that there may be government regulations on water use during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water consumption. The house offers the option to receive guests who use the facilities without staying overnight, up to the maximum allowed capacity.
