Overall, we had a good experience, but there was a concerning incident. When we returned to our room, we discovered that another boy had been in our room while we were away, he said that he forgot his room number. Upon inquiring with the front desk, we learned that the master key had been given to this guest, which compromised our privacy and security. This made us upset. While we appreciate the hotel's efforts, we hope they will take steps to ensure better key management and guest privacy in the future.
