This is the Ultimate Vacation Cabin for Fishing, Swimming, and just Relaxing. This property has easy access down to the water. There is a large dock with Two Slips and a Swimming Deck.We are on Deep Water not in a Cove.The View is Spectacular from the Cabin or Dock.
The inside of this Cabin has been designed and decorated with a modern farmhouse feel and features a Kitchen with a Subzero Fridge and Ceramic Cooktop. The Bathroom is large and includes a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

10/10 this lake cottage was the ABSOLUTE best weekend getaway!!! Everything we needed, perfect location on water! Comfy beds. Cozy living room, vest napping window with the windows open and sounds of the lake! Stocked kitchen, extra fridge even. FULLY fenced huge yard for our 2 pups!! We loved all the rockers and swings including the dock swing! Just book it and Pack your swimsuit!!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Very nice cabin- just the right size, well appointed, well-kept & clean, amenities. Pet- friendly. The porch was wonderful - we spent a lot of time there. Beautiful views. Kimberly is very responsive and easy to work with. Great experience! Lovely vacation. Away from it all, but close enough to restaurants, winery, grocery, etc. Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful! My family did not want to leave. The house is great and has everything we needed. The yard and dock were even better than we thought it would be. My boys enjoyed fishing (6:30-8:00pm was the best time for fishing!) and swimming. We hope to return!

Peaceful in the Rain

This property was so nice! Clean, well-equipped, comfortable. It rained for most of our stay, but we still enjoyed swimming and swinging under the cover of the dock. Property was quiet and private and has beautiful views from the porch swing. We hope to return in the fall and use our boat to explore the lake. It was perfect for two 50-somethings to relax for a few days!

Cute little cabin beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the lake

We will definitely return to this cute little cabin. It is beautifully situated at the top of the hill overlooking the lake. Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen, but the very best thing is the swing on the porch overlooking the lake.

Beautiful lake to swim in - right off the dock! Quiet, cozy, super indoor reading spots looking out on lake. Window bench was 15 feet long! Tons of pillows! Also loved the cute downtowns for shopping and eating! Adorable!

Kim is not only a wonderful host but a wonderful and caring person. She made our stay wonderful and checked up on us when we had car trouble on our way out. She was proactive and thoughtful. The cabin is lovely, comfortable l, and well-appointed. We loved spending time on the dock and enjoying the porch swing. The deep water location are perfectly for swimming and paddle boarding. We loved our stay at Contentment Cabin and hope to return!

Quiet Getaway

The cabin is perfect for a rustic getaway. There’s not alot to do in the area but we were there for quiet restful week. The cabin fit the bill. Fully stocked with everything you might need, but no closets. We usually hang our clothes for a week stay so was a bit surprising. The extra bedroom however allowed us to just lay our clothes out. I do not like living out of a suitcase for a week. It was very cold during our stay (one morning 21 degrees) we were a bit disappointed that the fireplace was not usable. It was shown in a few of the pictures in the listing but once there it has signs on it to not use. It was not listed in the amenities but the pictures did not show the do not use signs. All that being said we loved the cabin. I personally spent all my time while there sitting in the window seat it was beautiful morning, noon and night.Great communication with the owner! The large fenced yard provided great entertainment and exercise for our pups.

The only thing I didn’t like about this place was having to leave! It was absolutely perfect in every way! Wonderful communication, very clean, perfect location on the lake with gorgeous view! We had our Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was stocked wonderfully. I can’t Wait to go back! Thank you so much for opening your home up for others to enjoy!

Peaceful cabin on the lake

We had a wonderful visit to rural Georgia to stay in this quiet and peaceful cabin on Lake Hartwell in Martin, GA. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend (ie stocked kitchen, linens, towels, WIFI and Roku TV). Seeing family photos around the cabin made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.
